first test- e cycle..will people notice ?

right now i'm 5'6-5'7" 165-170...about 13-14%b.f...been training for several years and delt with a few injuries that have put me back a lot. I am all healed up, which have been for a long time. I have been training on and off since I was in high school, but the last few years I have taken it pretty serious. Just feel like its time I do a cycle. I'll be turning 26 soon and already had blood work done. Test levels around 600 at the moment. Blood was drawn around 10 p.m. Doctor said everything else is beyond normal and I am VERY healthy. She told me to keep doing what I do.

my question is, on a 12 week cycle of test-e will people be able to tell that I'm on something ?

I've had guys telling me as long as i EAT EAT EAT EAT and train proper I could gain 25-30 pounds with the first cycle. That would put me well over 190. Not sure if I'd even be able to fit in my clothes if that was the case.

Just looking for some input.


I will be doing a 12 week cycle at 500mg per week IF I go through with this.
 
You could lower it to 300mg a week for a first cycle and have good results, as for gains it all depends on your diet, you could gain 25-30lbs in a 12 week cycle but that won't all be muscle. Like I said diet is key and depending on your goals like whether it be a clean bulk or cut or what ever should dictate your diet as well as cardio

Tell them you are training hard and eating properly. What else can they say? They could accuse you of being on steroids anyways. I don't doubt you gain 20lbs though.
 
oh yeah I understand it won't be all muscle. A lot will be water/fat. I'm going for a lean bulk if I do this. If I could gain a solid 10-12 pounds of muscle and keep it I'd be happy. I have a lot of research and thinking to do first though.
 
It all depends how you support the cycle. When I say support I mean, your diet, if you run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle and also training.

I see a ton of guys put on 20-30 lbs first cycle; IMO, most of this is water weight and fat. I will go further to say, if you truly gain 20-30 lbs of pure muscle your first cycle; then you were no where near your natural maximum when you started or you are a genetic freak and I would encourage you to continue cycling and try and get your pro bodybuilding card.

If you follow a good diet and eat clean plus run an Adex you will gain a few quality lbs that you will actually keep post post cycle therapy (pct). remember diet it the key to this, not the compounds. You will be able to manipulate your body with the diet to achieve your desired goals.

Another thing about eating clean. I see a lot of guys that come here and say "I eat clean...My diet is on point" and when they post their diet it's total shit. Remember, Subway ain't eating clean. I would encourage you to put more effort in researching your diet than you do your cycle. The Diet Forum on Ology is a great resource and your crazy if you don't use it. You can also enlist the help of a online nutritionist 3J is a sponcer and he can build you a diet for you.
The other side of this coin is; guys come on here and say "I'm not gaining....I think my gear is fake.....I don't respond to Testosterone" the issue wit.h these guys is they are not eatting enough. The point here is that you have to have a solid diet. Without a diet that is on point you are wasting, time, money and compounds.

That brings us to AI's. If you want to keep water weight under control I would encourage you to research Adex and other AI's. The Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will keep your estrogen low an help prevent water retention.

Personally I stay ripped (10% BF or less). I don't like getting puffy and having the moon face when I cycle so I add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with the test.

Finally, this brings us to the point that this is your first cycle. This is your chance to learn how your body reacts to Test, keeping in mind test will be the foundation for future cycles. The things I would encourage you to do on this cycle is 1) learn how to dial your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in (to little estrogen is as bad as to much. 2) learn how to manage your diet on this cycle. 3) log your training and take weekly measurements. 4) keep in mind this is just the beginning, you aren't going to reach all of your goals on your first cycle. 5) how to run a good post cycle therapy (pct), failure to do a proper post cycle therapy (pct) could result in permant damage.

A final thought; I see a lot of guys run a "bulk" for their first cycle. IMO, the first cycle should be a "recomp" focusing on lean gains. Just my two cents.

Everyone knew on my first cycle because of how drastic the change was. My advice is if you are around people who you don't want to know/family, don't wear tight shirts or cut offs/wife beaters until you are a month or two removed from your cycle. I wore a lot of cutoffs/tanks around family and the massive size increase + acne gave it away lol
 
Its noticeable...but you can get away with telling people you changed your diet and started lifting heavier. Throw dbol in for a first cycle and theirs no doubt, those who know you would "know". I gained 10lbs and dropped 2% bodyfat. Very lean, dense gains that I'm completely satisfied with.
 
So first off, why do you care what other people think? As was mentioned earlier, they're going to say you're juicing anyways. If you get great gains clean, they'll say something. If you cycle and get great gains, they'll say something. Think about this: no matter what you say, if they ask you, they've already made up their minds that you are. So nothing you can say will convince them you're not. You might as well say no and use. This is something for you, not for them. Harden the fuck up.

Curious what your goals are here -- you're looking for aesthetic changes? Or strength? Or what?

Outside the physical changes, there's a bit of a personality change (it's subtle, I guess), which is probably something people who are close to you would notice. There's also the increased libido.
 
two weeks in and I'm already up 8 pounds most of it is water but the strength is starting to come along, good luck on your cycle bro

I remember on my first cycle of just test hept @400mg/12weeks, I went from 175lbs 16.5% bf to 193 9.0% bf. You could start telling around week 5 sorta but by week 10 there was just no denying it.

Do you guys prefer arimidex or aromasin during cycle if needed?

Damn you bastard! :) I am waiting to order next month, you are making the time waiting seem even more painful lol
 
ppl will see a dif but what can thei say just naver say yes to juicing if u get asked just say then normal bull u are on new diet new program new new :)

I wouldnt give a fuk and tell them the truth, unless its my job. It should be legal anyways, its my body. I am not ashamed to build muscle lol
