Yeah buddy!!!
Hey everyone I've been browsing around this site, reading, and just taking in all the great information. I'm very interested in starting my very first 12 week test-e cycle and wanted your opinion. I've done a few PH cycles in the past with good gains but I feel that I have hit a plateau. I work at a lab and am able to run blood tests on myself to monitor lipids, liver enzymes, etc (which I did throughout all my PH cycles with no substantial increase in AST or ALT which is why I kept using PH's). My stats are as follows:
Age: 28
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 200lbs
BF%: ~12
#Years training: 6-7
My cycle is as follows:
W1-12: 500mg test-e/wk
W1-18: 12.5mg aromasin EOD
W15-18: 20mg nolva ED
Training is next:
Day 1: Chest/Tri
Day 2: Back/Bi
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs
My diet is really clean and I take in approximately 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat.
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 piece of fruit
Meal 2 (PWO): 2 scoops ProComplex
Meal 3: 8oz chicken, beef, or fish
60g of a whole grain carb
Meal 4: 3-4 scoops CytoGainer
Meal 5: Same as 3 plus veggies
Meal 6: Same as 5
Meal 7 (Pre bedtime): 1 scoop ProComplex
2 tblsp peanut butter
8oz milk
I eat 6-7 times per day with a calorie intake around 3500-3600 (Thinking of upping it to 4000). I take AnimalPak multivitamins everyday also.
I'm asking for advice on the aromasin and nolva. Would the 12.5mg of aromasin EOD be sufficient or should I up it to 25mg EOD throughout the cycle? I'm looking to add some quality muscle with this cycle. Any and all feedback is welcome. Constructive only please. Thanks
