First time - Advice on this cycle of Clen & T3

Hi everyone,
I am a beginner and wish to drop body fat.
I want to stack clen and T3 for 2 months. I have scoured the internet and would like advice on this cycle (will post as an attachment below).
I have good nutrition and exercise and will also post it as a PDF attachment.

Dude, post some pics if you don't know anything about jumping on clen and T3. By spending more time on your diet you can drop a lot of body fat.

If you do run the clen, drop the T3, and run keto instead at 1mg ed before bed.
 
I'm going to suggest against using T3. I mean, it does exactly what it is supposed to: increase metabolic rate. It does this really well, in fact. The issue is that there is so much more to fat loss than pure metabolic rate.

For example, if you run T3 while you're on a ton of beta blockers, you'll almost certainly lose all lean body mass and very little (if any) fat. This is precisely why many people prefer beta agonists (clen, EC) and simply pay closer attention to macronutrient requirements.
Plus, it doesn't matter how much food you eat when it comes down to a caloric deficit. If you're down 1000kcal, you'll feel it. Your body knows when it is losing fat. It will adjust your hormones accordingly.

Plus, you're working out three times a day for six days, and then playing rugby? Working out more than once is fine - I do it all the time, albeit not regularly. This plan is like something Kai Greene would do weeks before the Olympia :P
