First time Var cycle - advice on goals
Okay here goes - totally new to aas, no stranger to the gym. Just a little background, over the last 3 years lost about 50lbs, put on lots of muscle. When I was at my leanest, I would estimate 15-18%bf with trouble spots (hips and thighs are a bitch for us ladies!) Over the last half a year - life got busy had to stop hitting the gym as hard and have lost a ton of my strength. Stats:
Age: 23
Height: 5'6''
Weight: ~135 lbs
Guestimated bf%: probably around 20-22%
I have no problem with eating really clean, no sugar, no grains, no alcohol etc. and I do just fine without cheat days. Started training and lifting hard again. Here's what I want advice on - I'm looking to lose body fat and get my strength back, put on lots of muscle (aren't we all? ) no fears of "getting bulky" done a TON of research on ana Anavar (var) . I'm wondering if I should try and lose a bit of weight first and then switch to a bulk and try out a cycle- don't want to waste my money! - or would it be wise to start using Anavar (var) right away? I backload my carbs on wo days and keep a calorie deficit on non training days. Try to keep cardio to a minimum as my main goal right now is to build muscle. What do you think? I've read conflicting opinions on here about how women should use ana Anavar (var) ...
