First time on Sus and Deca cycle

hi,
Iv run a test E cycle about 12 months ago and it went fine, for my second cycle I'm going to do;
per week i will use:
Sus 500mg
Deca 250 mg

Split
Monday - Sus 250
Friday - Deca 250+Sus 250

I have Nolva which i was going to take 20mg ED but concerned it wont lower estrogen production only block it, would it be better to swap this for an AI like armosin?
Also intending to run clomid for PCT, + have HCG ready for the back end of the course

Sust should be pinned every third day. Deca could be pinned every 3.5 days or with the sust. Nolva goes with Clomid on pct. Run hcg during cycle. Bump test up to 600 and deca to 400. Get some prami or caber too. Use an ai and read up on your stuff.
