No the best way to do it is through diet. Winny/Var by themselves is a bad cycle choice and will really only result in water weight loss unless other factors are present.

What other factors? I am placing my self on a pretty strict diet and working out 5-6 times a week. Just looking to help expedite the process a little bit.

Weight loss is predicated upon maintaining a calorie deficit. This is the single most important factor if you're not talking about just water weight. Calories in vs calories out. Every "cutting" compound works upon this idea. T3 raises metabolism so it burns more calories, Winstrol (winny) and var will force water out of the muscle giving a hard look but by themselves don't necessarily make you lose weight. Fat loss is more dependent on a calorie deficit, the macronutrient profile you intake, training (to preserve lbm), and the compounds you use will mainly help keep your lbm while cutting fat. That's why no matter what compound you take you can gain fat or weight, maintain fat or weight, or lose fat or weight. Diet is the most crucial part. Recommending compounds for cutting BEFORE making sure diet and training is optimal for your goals is pointless, diet and training dictates where you're going and which direction while the compounds just speed it up a bit (but they won't change the direction of fat loss by themselves).

I'd suggest making a tread in the diet section with your complete stats, TDEE, goals and a proposed diet plan. Let us critique it and give you feedback. After that get your training solidified. THEN worry about the compounds. Lifting 5-6days/wk means little if its not "good" training and a strict diet means little if the macros and calories are not tailored to your goals and metabolic rate.
