First time some advice

Hello,
I am a new user so I understand if no one wants to help. However, all of my research kept leading me to this site to pour over the forums so I feel it is time I pose the question for feedback. I do not work out my stats are 6' 0" 218 lbs. I just purchased tren ace and test, I know it is not for beginners but from my research I feel that I can handle the sides. Now for my question what can I expect from the 16 wk cycle? Such as what sides will be normal(granted this is user dependent), what gains can I expect from 1 1/2 hrs of working out each day, what should I do/not do while on them, will it kill me (seriously though the majority of information says it will not would be good to hear it from experienced members), and finally what are basic warning signs that I should look out for( as in oh shit maybe I need to stop and see a doctor)?

I know the majority will say dont do it or just run test, I understand and respect your opinion but am set on doing this so answers would be awesome and appreciated.

awww you're so cute. sit boy siiit siiit, good boy!

damn, never exercised, and got tren and paranoid about sides... you should not have gotten tren, sweats, anxiety, difficulty breathing due to bronchial constriction. just do the test and try to deal with the sweating and anxiety

U obviously don't know what your getting yourself into. How are u gonna gear up when u don't lift? Then u want to know what gains you'll see! Ha-ha! Get to the gym, get a diet down and see what kind of gains u get off of that.. u really can't be serious posting this... I can't wait to show my friends this one.. Hahaha

your putting yourself at risk for a potentially crippling injury as well as risking your body's natural Test production! as a certified trainer i'm telling you that you will tear a muscle and/or ligaments. even experienced users are at risk for this since tendons and ligaments often can't keep up with the increased strength of your muscles. as your muscles can handle more and more weight injuries to connective tissues are very common. just workout and eat right and supplement with creatine for now or you'll be sorry

Don't do it man...AAS use is not a quick fix to getting jacked. It takes a lot of hard work, experience and knowledge. I would do tons of reading and research before taking this step.

Dude, if you have never worked out. That means you don't know how to work out. Proper form and all. By taking aas your going to run into the gym like the hulk thinking you can slam around weights, and you WILL hurt yourself! Take some time to research, go naturally, learn how to workout properly. Get the feel for your muscles. Learn how to workout your muscles. Know what excersises do what for your body, proper diet etc.
Steroids are not a magic potion you take and turn into shwarzenegger.
This is not a smart move, especially with no experience in the gym man.

I actually have a friend that did this, all that happened was he turned into a bloated , chubby lil' porkchop. :nono:

Sooo true, i'm 4 weeks in on my Tren right now and after week2 it kicked in good, I haven't had a good nights sleep in 14 days and I'm so dehydrated all the time, at first i thought it might be the Adex but i think it's from sweating all the time, and it turn's me into a miserable prick aswell..... you might want to try something else bro, you need to work up to this one!!

May I ask what your goals are then? If you don't work out, then what do you hope to achieve by taking AAS? This is akin to purchasing a $500,000 dollar car, but...you don't drive.

My goal is to get into shape. I know this isnt a magic potion and trust me I know the potential sides. I came here just to get some reassurance on the research I have already done. My goal is to get into shape I am starting to hit the gym and the massive cost of this product is just another incentive plus I want a kick start to give me a quick edge. So yes I am looking to the tren and test a fix but I understand that I will only get out of it what I put into it.

So to break it down I am starting to work out, I have a decent diet set up(one that I have compiled from all the posts regarding what to eat while on aas), I am well aware of the sides, and I am glad all of you have been helpful and at least replied. Look all I want to do is make sure I am not going to die lol and get a little first hand advice (yes I used the search function).

On that say I go into this what are some early signs I should look out for to know that I am possibly hurting myself or in danger?

Okay, you have a reasonable short term goal, BUT this goal does NOT require the use of AAS. I would seriously:

A) Build up a good base by training at LEAST 1-2 years SOLID. "Off and on" does not count. You need to dedicate the time and resources to make sure you're in that gym every time and training at 100%. Obviously there are exceptions, but without a solid training regimen - you're wasting gear.

B) Learn how to eat properly. I see that you've started on this, but you really want to know what you're doing since the MAJORITY of building muscle comes from FOOD. ;) This is an area that I think a lot of guys lack, including myself.

C) Start off with a test-ONLY first cycle when you're ready. Tren for a first timer is like handing a kid the keys to a motorcycle. You will not know what is making you feel the way you're feeling if you toss two compounds into the mix at once. Baby steps! After you get the hang of AAS, then you can start more advanced compounds, like tren. (I'm going to be doing my very first tren cycle soon, and I'm still researching as much as I can about it even though I've been around AAS for at least 15 years.)

D) Learn about how AI's and SERMs work. There are some really good stickies at the top of this page, I would start there. Once you've read them, and if you still have questions, please feel free to ask us.

I know you're a big boy, and can do whatever to your body you want - but I would seriously think about these as Lady Tren will chew you up and spit you out if you're not ready. I do have to give you credit though, I'd much rather be trying to talk a guy out of going too hard, than from having to find a tampon for him since he wants to do an anavar only "cycle".

My .02c :)

Dont get ahead of yourself brother. You can easily add 20lbs on your first cycle running test only consuming plenty of calories. If your body handles test alone well, then future cycles you can consider running something else along with your test.

I would suggest hitting the gym daily for at least 6 months before trying any aas. I been lifting for 15 years and I am just now considering a cycle. You will be amazed at the results you will see from a STRICT diet and exercise program. Plus an often overlooked aspect of a cycle is all the planning and timing that goes into it. You have to keep track of when and how much to inject and how many mg of PCT drugs you will need. Hit up a supplement shop get some creatine, glutamine and protein. Keep up with taking these supplements daily plus a lifting schedule and diet. This will give you a very small idea of what will be involved in planning a cycle. Whatever you decide I wish you the best bro.

I don't think you've done enough research because if you have truly read user's experiences about tren, then you should be more worried about the sides. Not saying, "you can handle it". That's not how I see it, from the experiences I gather, that tren is a completely different animal, its not something you can control, it controls you. You will have people that say they don't believe in roid rage and this and that but, when it comes to tren all bets are off.

When you say, "what signs you should look for" again this tells me you did not do the proper research or would not be asking this. I'm not even trying to run tren or have ever but, I Just been reading peoples experiences for quite some time. People talk about very bad insomnia, very bad night sweats, not being able to do any cardio, running out of breath just walking some distance or walking up stairs. There's one guy on here that lost 80% of his lungs and he thinks it's because of tren. So, I really don't see where you get off by saying " you can handle it' just by reading some text, you can come to this conclusion? This is one of those things you have to see for yourself, and actually experience how bad it can get. It's like saying, you can handle hell but, when you get there it's a completely different story.

Again, you don't have any research done because you would know that, you cannot put on a huge amount of muscle too quickly or else you will get INJURED. There's aleady good advice posted above but, it just seems like you completely ignored it or did not understand it. You need to research about what can happen to people's tendons that use AAS. If you gain too much muscle too quickly, your tendons will NOT be able to support it. Then you get injured. It happens to people here and some of these people actually have prior experience lifting, you have NO experience.

You're a disaster waiting to happen but, don't let any of us try to keep you from doing the wrong thing, I wouldn't want anything more for you to actually go through with it, just so I can have a good laugh. Please keep a log.
