First time sustanon use

Im sure something like this has been asked before because its such a popular topic but this is my first post so if it pisses some people off being asked again, maybe you can link to another thread if thats ok.

I have been training for about 4 years and am a very hard gainer so i gain muscle then lose it over the summer months. The most i have ever gained is about 22lbs of pure muscle along with a bit of fat over 6-8 months. My aim has never been massive, only about 187lbs im currently 147 after losing about 15-20lbs recently after going overseas. I train well, eat well and i know what im doing in terms of training but genetically its very difficult to grow. I have access to sustanon pills, and i was thinking about taking them soon but before i did i obviously needed to know more about them.

Firstly should i take? How much should i take? How often should i take? If i did take, and hit my target, is it ok to stop so i didnt keep getting bigger? I also know that sus is illegal on the olympics drugs list, so howlong would it take to leave your system? (Im not an athlete, i was just curisous) Can you just stop taking it when you feel like? Things like that would be good to know. Would it cause stretch marks, because of the rapid growth?

Again 187lbs is my target, i can get to 160lbs naturally but anything more i have never been able to achieve, and when i do my body trys to get rid of it.

Like i said ive never been able to gain more than 22lbs or so over 6 months, after that i just hit a plateu.

Could i train, put on about 20lbs and then use sus when i hot a plateu to get to the other 20lbs or is that not good?

how old are you ?? what body % ?? and if you are currently 147lbs and can get to 160 or so like you said naturally, i would get there first then ask about aas :)
 
Thanks. Im 22 and right now dropped from 12% to 11% and i wont start trying to build muscle again until i hit 7%. I was initially going to gain as much as i can naturally before i did anything but thought i should begin doing some research up until that time. Thanks
 
...get to 7 percent ?! Really...your 147 and wantin to lean out ? I thought my fear of fat was clinical...
 
No probs. I was never going to start off with sus, i just think thats a waste. Only once i hit plateus. Im 180cm tall.(6 foot). My biggest fear with eating a big amount is the fat gain. I dont want to get big and have high fat percentage as well. Thanks for the advice btw.
 
hey baz did you say sustanon pills? and do you train consistently even after you hit a plateau or when you've gained the 20 or so pounds do you stop ? because no matter what you take if you dont keep up consistent training and diet you will most likely lose those pounds also. and bro make sure while you are looking around to hit up the diet section too might be some useful info there also.
 
Yeh i never stop training even if i havent gained an ounce over a couple of months. At least i can maintain what i have even if im not gaining anymore. How do you guys deal with any fat gain while eating for growth? I do eat more than i would usually when training but i try not to over do it because imnafraid of the fat gain, which isnt so much a problem if i also developing muscle at the same time but its more when i want to start cutting down, i tend to lose muscle at the same time which you guys would know is my worst nightmare. The best way i can think of to counter this is to not put on any fat in the first place. Any tips on how you guys go about that? Cheers

first of all your 6 foot and 147 pounds........you should have no fear of fat what so ever at this weight the fact that you do makes me think you may be suffering from an eating disorder, don't even think about AAS mate you could easily gain weight by upping the calories and eating hard! i would advise posting your diet up here so members could help you on that because if you are a hard gainer i think no less than 3500 cals a day would be sufficient but it all depends on your genetics. Also i'm not even sure sustanon pills exist to my knowledge so you may have a shady scource if he/she is claiming there Sustanon (sust). Not trying to be a dick here mate just wanna make sure you don't hurt yourself you could easily add another 40-50 pounds naturally even if you are a hard gainer learn how to eat properly or going on gear will be useless anyway as you will lose all your gains and waste your money and that would be the least of your problems. post that diet up mate
 
Thanks guys. Thats great advice. I definetly wont be taking anything until i have exhausted all natural options diet wise. I dont wanna hurt myself doing something i dont need to. I do think i could eat more if its the 3500 calorie mark i need to be at i think i was around the 2500 calorie mark. Eat more it is then, for now anyway.
