First time taking Clen <<

Hey there lovely people!

Just wondering if anyone with some experience can offer any advice/ good tips regarding taking Clen.

I just ordered Liquid Clen 30mL 200mcg/mL

I've been on a diet for a bit of time now. Down from 230 lb to 203.5 lb I weighed myself this morning. So far seeing good results, but things are starting to slow way down now that I'm going south of 10% BF.

Diet is 100% under control. I count all my macros and weigh and log everything I eat.

To help me with the fat loss I've so far done 2 weeks of EC, 3 weeks of ECY, 2 weeks of YC and another 2 weeks of EC.

Now I'm taking 2 weeks off everything except caffeine, which I will taper down gradually. Then I will jump right back in but this time I'll be using Clen.

Here's how I'm planning to run it: 20mcg day 1 and from there increase the dosage by 20mcg ED until I'm at 140 mcg. Then I will maintain that for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Should I keep using the caffeine as I have used it along with the ephedrine or is it not unnecessary? And will I need pre-workouts or will that be too much stimulation? And do I need to use the EC/ ECA stack during my 2 weeks off? Should I keep taking the soft stuff I've been taking (CLA, L-carnitine, green coffee bean, great tea extract, etc.) or am I wasting my money?

Any other help, tips, advice would be much appreciated!!
 
I guess I'll just taper off the caffeine for now and when I start taking clen I'll just stick with White Flood pre-workout. Any special diet tips? Will I get away with a harsher diet/ greater deficit while on clen without losing too much muscle/ strength?

On average I currently take 2,500 cals (250 carbs, 70 fat, 220 protein) and once every week or 2 (depending on how I feel) I have a refeed day whereby I increase my calories to 3,300 by increasing carbs and keeping everything else the same.
