Hey everyone. First time poster here.
I've been lifting for 4 years with proper diet and training current stats are 6'0", 204 and 20 years old.
I know I will be jumped on for my age but I feel progress is slowing down, even with constantly boosting calories and I feel that I am ready to take myself to the next level. I am more or less set in stone on running a cycle, and just wanted some advice on a beginner cycle, and how to do it as safely as possible. I've done research for months now, but I want to hear what individuals with experience have to say.
I'm thinking of doing something mild to start with to see how my body reacts to it. Any suggestions are welcome, and I want to take in as much advice as I can before making a choice.
