Hey Guys,

I am looking into doing my first cycle.
I am 38 (6.1/ 190), Have been training for a long time and i am in good shape but I start feeling like I am no longer putting good weight on.
I am very concerned by a few things...

1/ joints and ligaments
After years of working-out I feel like I may have some weaknesses there. I heard that gear can be really bad for both joints and ligaments. Any one has any infos?

2/ Unnatural gains
No offence but I would rather go for a natural look. Also I know that you lose most of the effects of a first cycle... Is there any product that have a long lasting effect.

3/ Steroids or GH
I am still not sure after reading a lot of posts which one is the best. I understand that GH is more dangerous but has more impact on the long term?

I know that I am asking for a lot but if one of you doesn't mind helping me with his experience and guidance...

Many thanks in Advance!

Hi and welcome to the board. 38 is a good time and you are not too old yet. But I'm only 62 and I'm still at it. It just takes longer to make gains.

There is a lot you need to educate yourself with. So read all the info sticky post that you see in the beginning. Your joints aren't too old unless you are riddled with arthritis. BUt if you don't go at this moderately you can sustain injury. Steroids will make your muscles stronger quick, out of the box but not your joints and ligament so easy with that and progress.

diet is your main concern and you should ask for help with that. Others will chime in and be of assistance here very quickly. Good luck and read up on everything and ask a lot of Q's

only reason its bad is because of add strength increase that allows you to think you can lift more then your ligaments and joints can support, so you have to just practice awareness

soo you think theres a such thing as a desired natural look? well guess what.... everyone who you think is natty that looks good 99.999% of them are on some shit and are not natural - and for you, your results all come down to your diet and training

There is no way in hell GH is more dangerous then AAS especially in your case where you should only be using about 2-4iu a day for more anti-aging and overall health benefits
