First tren cycle, diary!

Hi guys.


I decided to log my 12 week cutting cycle.
This is my fifth cycle, previous cycles have been test only cycles where i´ve been doing 333 to 500 mg test e per week.
I´m 30 years old, 6 feet and weighing 190 lbs, trying to get down to about 170 and 8-9 % bf. I´m currently at 14%.

Anyway, originally i was gonna do sust/test e 500 mg cut while doing the CKD keto diet. This type of dieting has worked great for me in the past, where i only ran 333 test e per week. Got from 15,6 BF to 10% in 3 months and even increased my strength a bit.

The first 4 weeks, my weight has remained the same (like I expected), my strength is up how ever.
When i first started researching tren, i had the idea of keeping the test at 500 and so 200 mg of tren ace per week.
However, after doing some research, I have decided to drop my test to 200 mg per week and up my tren to 350 per week (50 mg ED)

I started shooting the tren 3 days ago. So far, no sides other then my temper is a bit short and I often feel edgy, I also have a tiny bit of acne going on. Nothing I can´t deal with so far.
No night sweats, insomnia, paranoia or anything.
I can´t really say my strength is up so far, but i feel more pumped and my veins pop out more, I especially notice this when NOT working out, since I always get a good pump going while working out on test.

My diet is like this.

09:30 20ml fish oil, 5 scrambled eggs and one onion (Pre workout)
12:30 44 grams whey (post workout)
14:00-15:00 100 grams of high protein, low fat cheese.
19:00 Chicken, pork, beef or bacon and eggs along with a shit load of spinach.
22:00 22 grams whey protein.

This gives me a total of 1850 kcal, 205 gr pro, 20 gr carbs and 105 gr fat.

Friday and Saturday i do a modest carb up, usually 1-2 meals containing carbs. I eat around 2700-3000 kcal those two days, 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fats.
Sunday nights, Im back into Keto.

My workout look like this.

Monday and Thursday, Chest, shoulders and Triceps.
Tuesday and Friday, Back and biceps.
I do a 30-40 minutes low intensity cardio afterwards where my pulse is at 125-130.

I also do longer cardio sessions on most of my off days which would be 40-60 minutes of low intensity cardio.
Saturday is usually an off day.

Now, many of you may wonder why I´m not doing any leg work and the reason for that is that I have sprained my right groin and left hip in the past (3 years ago) and those injuries have never healed. If i attempt to dead or squat, which used to be my favorite lifts, I can´t walk for a week afterwards.
I am however lucky in the sense that i already have decent glutes, quads and hamstrings naturally (have always had).

I plan on posting updates for those who are interested at least twice per week. I would also welcome any comments from you guys, especially those who have done similar cycles, and i´m especially excited to hear how tren and keto cycles have worked out for you, given that you have tried it.

It´s now been 6 days since my first injection.
I hadn´t seen any real change to my body, until yesterday when i took my shirt of in my bath room. I was like "what!" I noticed more muscle definition along with a noticeable hardening effect. I think this is going to be a great cycle given i will handle the sides. As for sides, the last two night i haven´t slept very well, waking up 2-3 times during the night really needing to pee for some reason. I haven´t done any lifting since Monday, since I´m noticing an old injury in the right shoulder reappearing, not worried about this, has happened before lots of times and a few days away from lifting fixes that right up. I´ve been eating 16-1700 kcal last two days to try to get some weight off and it has worked, down 2 lbs since Monday. I plan on eating closer to 2000 kcal the rest of this week though. As for aggression, it seems to be getting better. I just remind my self every time I get mad that real men handle "roidrage" by walking away instead of engaging in an argument. My girlfriend is pregnant so we both some some hormonal imbalance at the moment, but not a problem so far :)
Today I will only do low intensity cardio for an hour, hitting the weights tomorrow and Friday and will report back after that.

As stated in my first post, I would welcome advices/comments from experienced tren users.
I´m especially curious to see how people on low kcal and low carb diets has reacted to tren in the past :)
 
Hi all.

I know I was report back last friday, but the weekend has been quite busy.
It´s now my 11 days since my first injection. I have been restricting my kcal to about 1700-1800 during the week and the weight has been going down SLOWLY, a lot slower then i expected in fact. I am having some problems understanding why my weight has remained almost the same since I´ve been dieting. I do feel like I am getting bigger, especially, chest, shoulder and upper arms which is great. I am also getting leaner and I have a feeling my abs will reveal them selves soon :)
I am up one rep in my bench and a few lbs for my top 1rm, so I guess that´s good. I was how ever expecting a little more strength increase since i do feel I am getting more muscular and not loosing any weight to talk about. Before the weekend I was down to 84,5 kg, which is about a kg lighter then at the beginning of that week. I had an old friend come visit my this saturday, and despite having made the comidment of not drinking at all during this cycle, I downed about 6 beers that night and my weight jumped to 88 kg after that day :( I know it´s mostly water weight, that is slowly coming off now, I sweated more then 2 kg last night for example. I will not make this mistake again and will remain with out alcohol for the remaining 8 weeks. I just came back from the gym, had a great workout, sweated like no tomorrow. Like I previously mentioned, I can´t really say I´m seeing big strength increase, but aggression in the gym is certainly there, I felt full of energy and really wanted to punish those weights today.
After my lifting, I went to the treadmill like usual, but I didn´t have ANY energy to do a decent cardio workout. just felt out of breath and very tired so I stopped, I guess it´s a side effect from the tren. My sides are still very manageable, I do get very pissed off from time to time, especially when I´m driving :), night sweats are also getting worse, but nothing that bothers me yet.
I am seeing results, getting more muscular and leaning out at the same time.

Would you recommend upping my kcal? Would that help me towards my goal of getting shredded in 8 weeks time? keep in mind i´m doing a keto based diet.
Have any of you noticed getting very emotional on tren? I was watching brave heart yesterday, one of my all time favorite movies, and at times I had problems holding my MAN tears back :)

hey man, keep up the log, yea i def would. Im taking tren ace, Anavar (var), test prop. I around 2600-3000kcal. And i only gained about 5lbs in 3 weeks on tren, i can't see much besides more intense lifts, sweating, strength, and etc.. Just train hard, the tren is a slow builder in mass, the strength will be there first. So just keep doing what you doing. I would up the kcals 500kcal this week and another 500 kcal in 2 weeks. Also since your big on cutting the fat, be strict with the diet, and try to do cardio ed. Your on gear, so that fat will just melt oFF! :)
