First TREN cycle

Hello all,

Back again to get some advice, personal experience, and any adjustments to be made about my proposed cycle.

My experience consists of one, 8 week cycle of test prop 100mg eod. I had fantastic gains, strength went through the roof and the size I put on was phenomenal. I started at about 215 and ended at 232lbs roughly 18% bF. Diet isn't perfectly clean but I do consume a LOT of food and avoid fast food and hot pockets and shit. I've been DONE with post cycle therapy (pct) for about 3 months and I'd say %85 I kept.. I just lost some vascularity, minimal strength, but I'm almost back to where I was at the end of my cycle. Looking to start up a new cycle in august:

Test P- 350 per week. Week:1-8
Tren A- 350 per week. Week:1-6

My goals in this cycle is too ofcourse increase strength, but really start to look more firm. I've been forcing myself to do at least 30 mins of moderate fat burning cardio after my lifting for about 4 weeks and I'm seeing a SLIGHT difference.
I've also been trying to eat carbs only around the time I work out. 7:00pm



Current Stats:
BF: 18%depending on how much basketball I play that week.
Height- 6ft
Weight:222

My big question:
Is 350mg of tren a weekly a decent dose? Could I bump it up to see some better toning?

by toning I assume you want to strip some bodyfat? 350mg of tren is a good starting point, might want to up the prop. Diet is key for what your goals seem to be though.
