first week bulk pics running test/ tren

Starting tren off low this week at 50mg ed with running my test at 200mg/week, bumping up next week to 150mg eod tren a and keeping test the same

it would be helpful if you post a few more pics so we can get a good idea of what the physique looks like. But from what i see you seem to have good back width. good job man. bodyfat is fairly lean, could tighten up the waist a bit but i wouldnt worry much about it.

Hard to tell the size of your delts and chest from these poses so i cant comment. your arms are underdeveloped. tell me how you train your arms..
 
Yeah I like to scare people or tren runnig through my veins ha
I took uour advice gram, slow and steady droped the weight and doing controled movement for bi and tri's, also never did do tri pullups, started doing them a few weeks ago
My routine looks like this

Like I said really lightened up the weights for bi and tri's, cause I am getting frustrated for growth on arms

Bi

Db curls 30lbs 10 reps, 3 sets
Db single arm preacher curls 30lbs 10 reps, 3 sets
Bb curls 70lbs 10 rep, 3 sets
Machine curls 40lbs 3 sets

Tri

Tri pushdowns 100lbs 3 sets
Skull crushers 80 pounds 3 sets
Db skull crushers 30lbs per arm 3 sets
Cable crossover tri pulldowns, 15lbs per side 3 sets

All tri sets are with 10 reps

He probably looks like that as well a little because he looks to have really long arms. But I would take your advice on arms if you gave it based on your avatar gram of tren!
 
Lol yeah gram, you have beast arms not everyone has fucking andacondas like yours.
I'm 6'3 and long arms so my arms look skinny to.
Op what's your stats?
 
5'10 203 as of today, just got done a 15 week cut, last week I was sitting at 198
Put 1/2 inh back on my arms probs just water weiht right now but my arms are only 16"s cold
 
My last cycle before my cut they were sitting at 16 1/2, at the end of my cut I lost an inch on my arms but npw back up to 16 or 16 1/4 after first week so hopefully add some much needed size on my arms
 
For arm growth I always try to mix it up. I will go really high repititons like up to 20 some times and do pyramid down with the weight. Or some times i will just do 3 sets of 8 reps with the heaviest weight i can do with good form. Also i try to focus on shaping the biceps in a way that will make them look bigger. For example i try to get the inner and outer bicep pretty even. And than i try to focus on exercises that will form a really good peak.

I think that taking nitric oxide boosters and drinking hydrolyzed amino acid drinks while working out and before working out and doing high repetitions and forcing all that blood into the biceps or triceps can help a lot with growth. You could always try certain forms of igf-1 that are known for increasing size in the muscle that they are injected in as a last resort. I have heard good things about IGF-1.
 
Inject igf-1 right into bicep? Its almost like I dont hold any fat in the bi and tri regoon, when I flex its rock solid, like I get a great pump when doing bis and tris but they are stubburn when it comes to growth, tried about evety which way, dif routine but cant seem to get them passed 16 1/2
 
The biggest I got my arms were up to almost 18" and that was natty... creatine, nitric oxide, 400gms of carbs a day at least... and 250grams protein... about 8 sets total for bi/tri and 10-15 reps.

My arms could use some work and my arm workout consist of hitting bis and tris 2x ew maybe a 3rd. Sure there is the week that I do less, but I exchange my workouts like you stated. Forcing that blood to swell during training and having those cells grow and pumping blood into the muslce with NO products would be nice....especially incorporating some gh to create new muscle fibers as well would be sick! I have yet to add that to my arsenal of aas. Test only for the most part, maybe a oral like dbol or var. But will be running some mast and maybe some winstrol some time. I know ill try tren eventually. People were talking about primo on a couple other threads and that would be nice if it A. wasn't so damn expensive and B. Get damn swolled up like Bostin loyd from all that damn oil I would have to pump into my muscle having to run 800mg ew @100mg/ml. haha But I wouldn't hesitate if I got a good deal on some.
