first week bulk pics running test/ tren

kind of hard to describe, but i dont get any shoulder pain at all.

I did them on the dip machine and someone said I was leaning to much forward but I had serious pain in the shoulder so I never did them again.

My issue with my body is my fucking extra skin.. After losing 110 lbs I feel that I am built how I want , I just cant get my sides to ever tighten up

not sure what to tell you. i do them on the dip thing on chest day and also to hit tri's. you just have to change the position of your body depending what you want to hit.

the way this dude is doing them is more for tri's. when i do them for chest i stand up out of the seat and lean way forward, and also change the grip and flare elbows. for tri's ill do them like this guy is doing but be a little more upright, he's leaning forward a bit. for tri's i will also turn around and face away from the machine, and use a grip as if you would rotate your knuckles behind you and hold those handles wide.

Any advice on what I can do to tighten up the loose skin, or am I pretty much stuck with it..

So frustrating.

OP, are you going to be updating this log with future pics? I know you said you were looking into IGF-1 to help with arm development in previous threads, too. It would be interesting to see how your results panned out this cycle. Good luck!
