Well I start Anavar (var) last Friday, so it's actually been about 9 days I guess. I'm at 20mg (high to start I know) but we only have 4 weeks to Provincials (figure competing).
So far I feel really good! I felt a bit off around the 3rd or 4th day, but now I feel normal. Definetly harder, stronger, more of a pump during workouts. We just upped my cardio today again, so now I'm dong twice daily 45min HIIT cardio 7 days a week. The Anavar/Diet/Cardio/Weight Program combo, I'm expecting some wicked results!
Some background info, I'm 5'4" currently 125lbs (was 115 on stage at first comp 3 weeks ago). I was about 10%BF at last competition, I want to get below that this time around. It's a much higher level of competition, I need to be shredded!! We did body comp a week ago and I was back up to 13.5% BF. Eeek. But trainers happy with that, so I guess I have to be too!
We bulked up for the past couple weeks, moderate cardio, red meat, more clean good carbs etc. Now we're back to hardcore cutting. We talked about stacking with Clen, but I leaned out so fast before last comp, that trainer doesn't think it's necessary. Anyways, I just wanted to post and will b lingering around to keep informed on everyone elses Anavar (var) experience!
