Hello everyone, I've been a longtime lurker on here and finally bit the bullet and ordered my first cycle. I'm posting to see everyone's thoughts and opinions and see if I might have missed anything.
About me: I'm 28yo 5ft10in tall 190lbs been training on and off since 15yo seriously for the last ~5yrs. I had to take time off, about 7months, to let a knee knee injury heal and now I'm back in the gym. I have ordered the cycle but do not plan on running it for a couple months until I get back in the swing of things and drop some body fat first. I ordered test e, arimidex, nolva, and clomid. Having said that any advice is appreciated. My cycle will be as follows.
Weeks 1-16: Test Enanthate 2/250mg pins Mon & Thurs total 500mg/wk
Weeks 3-18: Arimidex 0.25-0.50mg EOD or as necessitated by gyno and water weight symptoms
Weeks 18-22: Nolvadex 20mg ED
Weeks 18-22: Clomid 50mg ED
Right now I plan on getting my lifts back to where they were while eating at or slightly under maintenance. About 2 weeks before I start the cycle I'll switch over to a bulk with a roughly ~500 calorie surplus. I plan in using 1.5in 23G needles to pin and an 18G to pull and 1cc syringes. My sister being diabetic, has offered to let me use some of her diabetic needles but unless they're much better I'd rather not use her needles even though she has way too many for her own use. I plan to pin on Mondays and Thursdays, take Adex on cycle and use clomid and nolva for post cycle therapy (pct).
Long read I know lol. So that basically is my plan, again for a couple months down the road not just yet. Anyone have any advice or pointers for me that I might have missed of not thought of? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
*edit I should also add I plan on following the steps by blondie bombshell to get cheap bloodwork done by labcorp. Is the basic female hormone panel fine of should I get any additional panels. I'd do one blood test before cycle and one a few weeks after pct.
