Firt cycle thoughts and opinions

Your Adex should be taken orally you do not pin adex.

I realized my mistake after reading a few threads on adex but thanks for pointing that out lol. I haven't started it yet, my first pin was today, but will for sure if sides show up. I've been reading that some ppl start it immediately to help keep bloat and water weight down, some ppl like to wait a few weeks than start it regardless of sides, some ppl only use it if sides show, etc. whats been your experience with Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle if you don't mind me asking?

I run 0.25mg adex eod. I haven't experienced any gyno or need to bump it up on any of my cycles.

I'm thinking of doing just that regardless of gyno or not. I know my water Retention is pretty nigh normally as I'm on creatine, I'm middle eastern and we put salt on EVERYTHING, and I drink a butt load of water everyday. I'd hate to get any more water weight than I already do haha. Thanks for the advice man!

Update: today is the start of week 2 of my cycle. Have decided to take the liquidex on an EOD basis at 0.25mg. Also my pre-cycle bloodwork results have come back in and I'm posting them here in case anyone can spot something. All my numbers were inside the reference ranges but i was somewhat surprised with how low my test levels were and how high estradiol was. Besides that everything has been coming along smoothly. I've done two pins, one in each quad and PIP has been minimal to non-existent even with the fact that I squat 3x/wk.

make sure you are drinking a lot of water, your creat/BUN is baseline....other than that, (from a medical standpoint as it is my specialty, not "best pre-AAS labwork") everything looks good!

I drink almost nothing but water. A cup of coffee here and there, milk with protein powder, and maybe one soda everyy few months. Other than that I get between one to two gallons of water daily. One thing that had me nervous was high glucose serum. My grandmother was and my sister is currently diabetic. Is this a sign of possible pre-diabetes? Thanks for your help by the way, I very much appreciate it.

Bro, that's not elevated at all. My facility's high normal level is 110. Plus we're u fasting for that bloodwork? If you ate anything within 6 hours, it effects your blood sugar greatly. I took mine yesterday and it was 126 after eating pizza

I was worried it was elevated bc the reference range that Labcorp used is 65-99mg/dl and my level was 93mg/dl. Also like I said there's history of diabetes in my family. I did fast before the test, I ate a huge plate of pasta and salad the night before at 8pm and my blood was drawn at 8:30am the following morning so ~12hr fast. I see you're a RN so you're way more knowledgable about this than I.
