fish oil pills....

okay im taking some fish oil pills I bought from vitamin shop.. ($45)

today I went to costco and saw they have fish oil priced at $7 a bottle~$18

but also saw some pills that said flaxseed oil pills.. it has omega 3,6,9

should I start buying this flaxseed oil pills?

more stuff...cheaper.., more qty in bottle..

makes sense to buy it..

what do u guys think?

Not a fan of flax seed, secondly you are better off with krill oil over regular fish oil.
