I include 15g of protein coming from salmon daily. Small amount for salad. But am I getting much more fish oil than I would get from taking a few softgels?
sounds like youre talking about 2-3 oz of salmon (which is less than 100grams). i found out that 100gm of cooked salmon contains 2.61 gms of omega 3s. thats the equivalent of about 2 softgels.
Is it okay to get the majority of your fatty acids from fish oil capsules or is it better to get your fatty acids naturally in the food you eat? Does it matter?
