This is my third cycle in 5 years.

Stats:

height - 5'4"
weight - 171 lbs
age - 35
years training - 16

Best competition lifts - (2006 181lb open men class)

Bench - 308 lbs (single denim bench shirt)
Squat - 601 lbs (Inzer Z-suit, TP 4000 knee wraps)
Deadlift - 501 lbs (Inzer Z-suit)

This is the plan. Start date: june 2

Week 1 - 4: 40mg D-bol (Thai)
Week 1 - 9: 250mg Omnadren (Jelfa) / 100mg enanthate (Jelfa) - every 3rd day
Week 10 - 13: 150mg Prop/100mg Enanthate blend (Infinity Pharm) - every 3rd day
Week 15 - 17: Clomid (pregnyl)/Clenbuterol (Rayere)(21 days for the Clen)

4 weeks off, start new cycle.

is it safe to run clen during post cycle therapy (pct)? as a newbie, i was thinking that during post cycle therapy (pct) u'd rather eat tons to prevent catabolism.. and never try to lean during pct.. so wont clen make u loose ur good gains ?

You could be right...it was suggested to me by an acquatance.

clen is anti-catabolic. plus it allows some to eat large amounts without putting on excess bf. however, in my experience, clen kills my appetite

clens anticatabolic ability is overrated . the studies on animals that show anticatabolic ability were with doses untolerable to humans even when adjusted for bodyweight.

im aginst takeing anything that speeds your metabolism up while on post cycle therapy (pct) or until full recovery of hpta.

Yea I agree with you. I was just trying to explain the theory behind what his friend had told him.
I personally think clen is overrated. I was not that impressed when I used it.

I have used Clen before, and I didn't really get much benifit from it. I think the reason you lose weight while on it is because you shake so much that the food falls off your fork before it gets to your mouth.:laugh3:
 
I am using clen 2nd 18 day cycle and ive lost about 10 lbs. Started 30 days into Pct. I take alli before every meal and clen 3x day. Strength 95% of end of cycle. Last shot test 750/ eq 600 weekly April 8th. Age 43, BF 16-17%, bench 313 x 3, dead 450 x 1 or 425 x 5 (im really suck here).

Question: whats your reasoning for test enth in weeks 10-13??? why not just run the prop higher and not have two weeks "down time" before PCT?
 
It's what I have on hand. I could just run Enanthate, but I want to use up the Enth/Prop blend.

I don't have any stright Prop on hand. Not sure what you mean about the down time though? Or do you mean why the lower dose?

ohhhh i see, its a prop/enth blend. i missed that. i thought they were seperate. okay. that makes sense than.

some believe prop is useful at the end because it clears from your system quicker and allows for less time watching your test levels slowly drop before you can start PCT.
 
29 days in, last day of D-bol.

183 lbs

I took a BF measurement with an Omron hand held unit (I know it's not the most accurate, but i'll use it as a guideline).

18.9 % BF

Starting the "Anabolic Diet by Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale" today. I had good results from this the last time I tried it, but unfortunatly, I went to Mexico for holidays, and fell of the wagon... :laugh3: So I figured I'd give it another shot.

Day one on the diet...damn...I want carbs!!!

I forgot how dull the food tastes. I'm already sick of eggs. :P
 
36 days in, weight is down a bit (178 lbs)...partly from the lack of D-bol and partly from the diet. Strength is way up...and I'm starting to see some nice shape, and fullness to my arms...which are by far my weak point. Flat benched the 100lb dumbells today for 8 full, deep reps. Squats and deadlifts are coming along nicely too.
 
Day 52: (added a video to the first post)

Okay, said piss on the diet...I'm a diet wuss. strength is up...squatted today - 500 for 5 and 550 for a single, (wraps and belt, no Z-suit). DL sitting around 450 for 5 no single yet...bench (my worst lift) is at 250 for 5. Haven't gone to a single yet either.

Weight is at 183.
