ok your question is a lil vague...my 1st question would be how much is a ASSLOAD?? flax oil is fat and wheatgerm (not whetgerm or wheetgerm) is a complex carb with decent protien and very lil fat.
13 grams of wheat germ gets you:
1g fat
6g carbs
2g fibers
4g protien
along with lots of minerals like iron and b vitamins.
the short answer here is no. it will not have you on the shitter all day. but this is realative due to the fact that i/we do not know how much you are planning to add to your diet.
