right now my goal is to drop to 195 lbs. I'm at 207 - 110 lbs. I want to cut for the next few months . . . maitain my new weight during the summer before bulking again in the fall.
I would like to lower my bf % to about 10%. I'm 14.8% bf.
My mainetenence kcal is around 3,300 and I just started this week to lower that to 2,826 kcal per day (that's -3500 kcal per week).
I have increased my protein and lowered my carbs (for ex. today I consumed 265.57 g of protein, 19.60 fat, 241.75 carbs to total 205.68 kcal for the day) this was a little lower that my goal by the day before I went over about 700 kcal.
