foods with high calories???

Pizza, beef, bread products, pastas - look for anything heavy in carbs or fats and there is your answer.

Things loaded with water like oatmeal or rice can be hard to eat in extreme volume, but rice is another good one to add into your other foods.
 
miboshi (japanese food) its really good and really dense packed carbs, also bagels have like 70g of carbs per!!!
