For my first cycle.

Does all this sound correct?

Let's see;

Here are my relevant stats;

22 years old
6'1"
270 @ 25% BF
Been lifting since I was 15, but I took a 2 year break, from 20 till now.
Had a blood test done, HDL is a bit low, but everything else is great.

My goals are simple, I need to work on my chest and quads, everything else I'm happy with. And I wanna lean down faster,
so I would be doing a cutting cycle.

My plan is also simple, I think;

I will now start a cut, get down from 25% to 18% or lower, get my cardio and HDL up a bit, dial in my diet, that kind of deal, do that till about October, and then start a cycle of just test p, 600mg at 200mg EOD for 8 weeks, and use tamoxifen for PCT, 20mg for 4-6 weeks. Then I'll get another blood test and see how much damage was caused. My training will be heavy compounds 3 times a week.

Now, here are my concerns;

First, I have genetic hypertension, I'm usually at about 160/110, I take an ACE inhibitor at 2.5mg to keep my blood pressure at about 140/90, I can bring that up to 5mg if I need to, but as I lose some body fat, my BP will get lower without the ACE inhibitor. How much of an issue would the BP issues be with the cycle I've outlined above.

My next concern is that Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is expensive as hell from what I've seen, add to this the fact that I've always had what I call intermittent Gyno, I say this because I have huge ass nipples, if I pinch them or if it's cold, they go back to their normal size for a few minutes and then get back to their huge size. What are the chances of the gyno getting worse, and how badly would I need AI?

That's all for now. Thanks in advanced for the help.

you need to train naturally longer. when you lose weight, fix diet and workout properly, that will stimulate your natty T and GH levels. I would slow down and aim for next spring. sounds like you got a lot of room to grow the next 6-8 months.

people dont realize, you have to learn your body first, what type of workout and diet works for your goals. You have to try all ways to see what is best for you. I myself, even at 31 started AAS too soon. I needed another solid year of training before i started, to learn more about what makes me change the quickest, and what gives what look without AAS.

on top of that, what works for you now, as far as diet and training, may not work the best for you in 3 months and you need to change again. if you throw AAS in there too soon, you will not know what is responsible for the change, the AAS or a certain training/diet regimen your following at the time.

Well, I know my body very well, I know how to cut, what works, what macros, when I say dial it in I mean to actually run a cut for a while to get my body ready. As for size, I only want to grow my chest and quads, they are problem areas everything else is the size I want it to be. Before I would do a 4 day split, but I think it'd be best now to just do the major 3 compound exercises, bench, dead, and squat, what I'm most worried about is the gear jacking up my BP, I think that after a few months of getting back in he grind I should be ready for the cycle, but I'll see how it goes, if I need to extend it I will, I've been reading a lot but there are somethings I can't find the answer to.

You still need to loose a ton of weight and train natural for much longer.

Training from 15-20 is nothing really, + you havent even told us about what kind of training and what stats you had.

To take a 2 year off training and be pleased with everything (not chest or quads) is a joke, also you think you can even imagine what youre body will look like 20% bodyfat lower?

I would be more concerned about why I would stop training and let my bf go to 27% and forget about steroids.

I know what my body looks like at 12% BF, and that's my goal, I haven't loss much muscle in these two years, and the reason why I stopped and ballooned, let's say personal problems, many of them. For example, my calves are 17" my quads are 24" biceps are at 18" forearms at 14" neck at 17" and I hold most of my fat around my waist, which is 42" as of now.

My old stats were 315 on the bench, I never deadlifted, and over 500 on the leg press. I could curl 85s for reps, I used to do a lot of isolation, I'll be switching that up to compounds, and I mostly just want to get my chest in order and get back to 12% as fast as possible.

My lifts are pretty crappy right now, on the bench I'm at 225 X 6, and I can deadlift 315 and squat 225 for reps.

you may not want to hear it, but i stand by what i said and there is truth to what Bast said.

Your previous bench is good for a tall guy, but 500 on the leg press? thats not saying much, i bet my girl could do 200.

Let me put it this way and see if it makes sense. the gains come easy at the beginning and get tougher and tougher, with or without AAS, same thing happens.

I would rather save the AAS to get over the rough plateau's that come when you start pulling 4-500 and squating 350-450 for reps. cause it takes FOREVER to bust those. besides when you diet down hard, your glycogen receptors up-regulate cause they are not getting the same amounts they used to. do this for a while and then hit them with AAS and tons of food and they will respond much better.

Besides at 22 your still WAY to young to run AAS for the reasons you want.

Ok, then what would be a good compound to speed up the cut? I need something that doesn't increase my BP, I was reading up on Bromocriptine, but there isn't a whole lot of user info on it. And what there is, is from 2003.

I'd prefer that it not be some supplement, as I'm not in the US, so I'd have to get it online, and that would take weeks.
