Sorry I won't be much of help...but i'm lactose-intollerant in the morning. So before I go workout I have a glass of Orange Juice....and by the time I get back from working out i'm over my intollerance....so that's when I have my shake.
I'm not sure but someone told me that you can make the shake's out of SILK...soy milk...i'm not sure if that will help or not...so sorry if I wasn't able to help you much in advance.
Stay away from to much soy milk as it will cause your estrogen levels to rise slightly. As for what i eat before bed. I stick with 93% lean hamburger along with 2 cups romaine lettuce and Non Fat italian dressing.
