hello ladies and gentlemen. right firstly little about myself,im 22 been training for 4 years now, weight training and boxing but had to stop boxing due to wrist problems but there all good now so starting up next month! im 6'1 and weighing in at 195lbs.
on to the interesting stuff lol, after toying with the idea and putting it off till i was older ive finally gone and done it, bought a course
i know il get bitched at for what ive bought but its all my man could get hold of! i had some dbol laying around from a couple of months ago but never took them so going to kick start with them, i have sus250 and deca.
was going to run the dbol weeks 1-4, the sus at 500mg divided into 2 shots pw weeks 1-12, and deca at 200mg weeks 1-10!
PCT ive got nolvadex and clomid, wasnt sure wether to run nolva throughout or wait to see any signs of sides?? or just leave them till after last inj?
i train hard 5\6 days a week, also going to be doing my boxing 2/3 times a week. i will start recording my weights as of monday.
BREAKFAST 5 egg whites, oats with milk and mixed nuts.
MIDMORN tin of tuna and protein shake
LUNCH chicken breast with rice or pasta with veg
MID AFTERNOON tin of tuna
protein shake 15 mins before training
WORKOUT
post workout shake
DINNER chicken/ steak/ fish. turkey with rice/pasta and veg
BEFORE BED cottage cheese (disgusting lol)
took my first injection today (sus) was going to shoot sus and deca sunday? so if you have any questions or tips please feel free to tell me!!
also the sus seemed quite thick to draw out and inject, someone has told me to warm it in hot water to adjust viscosity is this correct?? also what sort of gains will i be looking at? i know its hard to say!
