Last time I did them I only used 135. I hit all my reps, but I remember having some pain from the bar resting on my delts, so next time I'll probably stay at 135 and go for higher reps instead of upping the weight.
yea i haven't done them in a while. just wanted to see where i was. i strted out at 185x10, 225x10,225x10,245x7. its my second week. this was some fuckin hard shit after my last set i had to sit down thought i was gonna pass out.
sore bis? how do u hold the weight? i hold the weight on my delts and cross my arms holding the middle of the bar close to my neck. i saw something like the manta ray before to put on ur delts. idk check that out, that could help.
I think I might give them a shot this week during my leg workout. It will probably take me a while to get used to the movement. I think I tried them once, but I found it awkward holding the bar on my delts.
those are some good numbers. second week for me so i am hoping to get up to that gymphreak. last week i only ended at 225 for 7 so i am makin good progress.
yea easto it is awkward the first week esp. soon as u get used to the form the weight will go up. start slow then it will all come. i love the feeling i get.
