Fruit for Breakfast

Session

I am cutting and always in a rush to get to work or school and was wondering if yogurt or a can of fruit is good for breakfast, or should i stick with the eggs? If i can't eat fruit or yogurt for breakfast where would be the best place to put it.

Carbs are good in the morning, although yogurt is a pretty bad food for BBers. And you wanna get some better protein in the morning.

i like to eat banana's and when i do its usually around 9am or so... or immediatly after a workout, i dont know if this is 'ok' or not, but im gaining weight right now... 9 pounds in the last 23 days = ) (not on juice)

Why is yogurt bad for bb's?? It has protein in it and carbs and not a lot of fat.

High calorie: Protein ratio

I suppose it could be ok as a carb source, but it's not a good thing to snack on.

Session69: bb is bodybuilders.

Insane_man: Why is yogurt not a good thing to snack on? I don't understand what that calorie to protein ratio is.

The yogurt i eat has

120 Calories

8 protein

What type of calorie/protein ratio is ok??

Actually, that isn't that bad.

I try to stick with 10g per 100 calories as a general rule.
