RichGenetics "Resident BadAss" Apr 10, 2007 #5 I had the same dilemma a little while back. I now eat my banana with my morning meal, and my granny smith apple with one of my evening meals (5pm). I make sure I eat them with carb meals, and not with just prot/fat ones. Works out well.
