Frustrated:please help????

Hey guys im new to this site and on cycle with testoviron+deca

I just started my week 7.

My cycle so far has been:
week 1-4 Test 400 and Deca 300
week 4-12 BUMPED Test 500 and deca 400

Earlier till week 6 i was doing one injection every week. (using 1' needles)

Starting week 7 i split my dosage for tuesday (deca 200 and Test 250) and Friday the same (200 And 250) for a net of test 500 and deca 400 for the week...(i also have started using a bigger pin 1 3/4")

i just did my first pin for week 7 on tuesday so the next half will be on friday

As far as results so far:

Ht:5'.75"
Age: 26
Starting wt: 157 lbs
Current wt: 170.4 lbs
I have gained 13.4 lbs so far

I am eating a ton and clean. My strenght is going up consistantly and pumps feel better. But the problem is that YES i feel thicker but my muscles are not growing like i expected...my arms still look the same to me...and my calves are not growing like i was expecting....i was hoping to gain new noticable muscle by now...i dont look too bloated but im suspecting its the water gain making me heavier.

When will i start noticing new DEFINED muscle coming in physically? sick of waiting :wallbash:
 
Since you have been measuring and weighing, what is the measurement increase (or not) of your arms?

I tend to measure arms and waist to know exactly where my body is headed, along with my weight.

I havent measured but i do know that my arms b4 the cycle were 13" now they're are around 14 3/8"...calves i never checked but all im saying is they still look skinny i had another bud way back and he did test and deca as well and by this time his arms were huge...mine still look pathetically small...i mite as well not be on roids

so in 7 weeks your arms have grown almost 2 inches?
sounds like it is working to me. Unless you are putting on a lot of fat.

What where you expecting? 3 inches 4 inches?

well i was expecting to be around 16" at least and mind u not my arms donot look any different to me for all i know they mite have been the same all along...I guess im not seeing A NOTICIABLE OBVIOUS results...like im working the shit out of my chest and the gf noticed it looks more perky...my buddy on the other hand went from having a flat chest to a nice inflated with a very clear tear down the middle of it starting from his neck to the bottom of his chest....my chest barely has that tear and im doing all the exercises he did....even his calves were pouring out mine are only 14" around and look pathetically small...Is this even working?????

Im workin out out 5 times a week. eating clean and a ton...why is my body barely changing. i dont think my gear is shit. is it normal that deca hasnt peaked yet??? do i need to wait more? please help?? anyone had the same experiece please share...im at an all time low on motivation. i need your advice and help

its hard to notice results when you look at yourself in the mirror everyday. Try to get around someone who hasnt seen you in 2 months.
 
Dude I try to take a weekly picture in the same shorts in the same room with my wife at the same distance. I use my iphone and then load them and put them together and flip through them fast on my mac. I swear man if you take 16 of the pics put them on the iphoto or some other photo application you can see sweet results that way. Click em fast or hold down the down arrow and watch the metamorphosis.

I know it sounds gay and shit but it is kinda fun to do with like 16-20 weeks worth of pics. It is even cooler when you start to tan and you get darker with more shadows. I try to find little things to make me feel better when I am coming off so I don't crash as hard in my mind.

quit comparing to your friend ( I know it is hard) but you two are differnt people. Maybe he has better genetics or worked harder and smarterdid more gear or whatever. Lots of variables. I am not trying to trash you at all, I am trying to help.

I feel the same way often. I should be doing better. But you cannot fairly judge yourself when you keep looking in the mirror constantly. Hey I look in the mirror multiple times everyday.

Others though can see a "significant differnce" but not me.
The picture idea is a good one. at least one to start and one at the end of the cycle. quit measuring and weighing yourself for a few weeks and stick to your plan. your results posted look good. Wish I could obtain such results in such a short time frame.

Another thing I do is pick a shirt that I really like. You know a polo or tshirt that you look big in. I then wear it every week and notice how it fits me. I can tell every time by week 10 of a cycle that I will need to find another cool shirt cause this fucker just don't fit anymore. It helps to wear the shirt on the same body part day. So I wear my "shirt" every chest day.

By the way I usually pick a shirt from my nutrition store never a polo. I mean who works out in a polo other than the wrestling coach from Vision quest!
