IDK what is going on. I just can't lose the weight around my lower stomach. I run lean but no matter what I can't get it to go. I want to keep as much muscle as I can but drop the body fat..
Diet is this.
Breakfast 5 egg whites 2 slices of Canadian Bacon.
Mid morning protein shake and lit n fit yogurt.
Lunch is usually 1.5 cups of ground turkey breast cooked over lettuce about 20 peanuts.. Topped with 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil and 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
Mid afternoon protein Shake
Dinner either the same salad or Grilled chicken with broc.
IDK nothing seems to be cutting me down. I am not getting a lot of calories trying to get the fat to drip off. Anyone have any suggestions?
My Stats right now is 202 6'2 34 years old.
