Full Body Workouts

So, I have been clean now for 3 months and things are going pretty well. I have decided that I want to really lose the anabolic look for a bit and go for something more symmetric and natural look, I have plenty of size so I'm not worried about losing a little. Im 5'8", 214, 10% bf. I have change my workout to 45 minutes of intesnse cardio in the early evening, followed by a full body circuit workout for 45 minutes. Any experience with this? So far I have been sweating my ass off and haven't been this tired after a workout in about 5 years, feels great but just want to see if anyone has tried this. I have done heavy bodybuilding training for 5 years and feel I needed a change.
 
I just switched my workout to a similar routine (45 min - 1 hour weights/full body routine) followed by cardio (45 min) afterwards for fat loss. I allow 2 full days rest in between weight training sessions, but do head in for cardio. I have been so sore and fatigued afterwards (in a good way). I figured I would do this for about 3-4 weeks or so to jump start my gains again and lose some fat. It has been working excellently so far . . .
