Gain 1/3 your body weight in muscle w/ gear

Roush

I am banned!
So my goal was/is to gain 1/3 my own body weight in muscle with 16 months of training.. I've got 10 months in (with a large break in the middle due to surgery) and 6 more months to go.. I've got two cycles in as we'll. I have 14 more pounds to go to reach that goal.. But I'm not looking at just adding weight or water weight to get there (need to stay under 14% bf)

My last cycle ended 3 weeks ago.. I'm cruising on 200 mg test. I'm thinking of adding 400 mg of primo a week and cruising on that as well to help get slow but steady gains..

Any advice on next cycle or what may help me get these last 14 pounds packed on in only 6 months??

Stats.
My past cycles were test deca

I'm 36 years old so I can't pack it on like the younger guys.. Maybe hgh will help at my age
5'10" 185 lbs (80 ectomorph 20 meso build)
13% bf
My diet is with 3j- a clean bulk high protein
Training experience - 10 months heavy weight training - was previously a skinny fitness/cardio guy that was into high endurance running and cycling for years (I gave this up though).. My starting weight was 147 lbs when I gave up cardio and took up weights and gear
Current training- just finished a 12 week training cycle 5 days per week- train heavy 6-10 reps training one body part per session- now I'm starting a high rep high volume split hitting each body part twice per week
Strength- I bench press my own weight 20 reps (goal is 30).. My shoulders are shot so I don't go to heavy,, 235 x 8 is about all I can do without shoulder pain

Just out of curiosity you're saying that you press more than you bench and you have bad shoulders? I must be missing something other than the high reps for bench you're doing...

I'd say cruise at 200mg/wk for a couple months and then the above cycle looks fine for getting you up to 200lbs. Keep with 3J and eat above maintenance with increasing calories gradually. You'll of course need a calorie surplus of about 50k to get there but slow and steady if you want to stay lean while doing it.

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if you were to reach that goal while just cruising

Sorry must not have been clear on pressing.. Only meant 'bench' press. I mentioned hi rep body weight bench pressing because its a good measure of strength (safer on joints then one rep max and also brings in both muscle fibers).. Give it a try one time and see how many reps of your own body weight u can do bench pressing.

It would be great to hit my goal and gain the additional 14 lbs just cruising on test.. But I feel my ectomorph frame is at a bit of a plateau in regards to weight.. I can prob build denser muscles moving forward but mass may be difficult with my metabolism, and 'catabolic' ectomorph frame.

So trying to stay as 'anti-catabolic' as possible, while staying lean, but adding mass will prob be a fine balance.. Test/primo/NPP might be the right combination to do that.

Any benefit in running hgh 4-6 iu a day for the next 6 months too?

If you can afford it, absolutely yes.

It will let you run much higher test - which will let you pack on muscle.

4-6ius GH, and an AI...1200mg test/wk, 700 npp, 350 tren (or primo if you still have money to burn) - eat 4k calories ED (approx, maybe 3500 maybe 4500) and +20lbs in six months I bet.

Sorry dont wanna hi jack a thread but Im one of those guys thats just gotta know why on everyhthing..... So why does running GH allow you to run higher test??

I dont know if thats gonna be possible. Now that your cycles over your gonna start losing some size. Once you start back up you've gotta regain that weight plus 14 lbs more and stay under 14%. Once your body plateaus it takes so much to break that barrier no matter how much gear you use. Imo sounds like its gonna be to much too quick but I wish you the best at reaching it.

This is kinda what I was afraid of hearing..
I had back surgery some months back, I lost 20 lbs from the injury/surgery.. so my last cycle mainly just got be back to what I was before the injury (muscle memory is a great thing)..
It's been 3 weeks since cyle ended, I've lost a couple pounds of water weight but that is it (I purposely lost the water weight by taking diuretics, dropping salt and creatine, and sweating out some cardio).. So I'm hoping I won't loose much more running the low dose of test and can actually continue to make slow gains by making some tweaks in my diet and training.
adding Primo to my test cruise seems like a reasonable substance to continue to make slow steady gains right now and keep me from going catabolic.. until my next cycle, which should be to put on more mass (about 3 months from now,, and then run it up til I hit my goal weight)

I'm curious on why hgh would allow me to take more test? does it have a synergistic effect when taking hgh with multiple compounds

Goals are great. necesary in this game if not in every facet of our lives. HOWEVER....if I may..why the rush..or is this part of the goal ?

More can mean more gains of course but those gains tend to fleeting in duration. If your pounding the food and sleeping an apropriate amount of time it s feasible and I do wish you a good run.

Remember your injury. Some of old feeble fucks were once chasing the " get big no matter what" in terms of ....anything. I get some crap at times as I preach patience, less is more, food is king and tren is scarey...lol

All the best.

Sounds like well earned wisdom to me Tuet. Btw, I wish you well with yur prostate and cancer issues. The big "C" word is scary, but your not alone. I'm sure I speak for a lot of ology members wishing you well. You've been a huge help to countless members navigating through AAS.

When you get time and if you feel so inclined maybe you could let us older members in on what signs to watch out for and some preventative measures we might include in our own preventative care

Good advice.. Def agree less is more most the time. There's no real rush, I just happened to come up with 16 months as the time frame, if I hit it great, if not I just keep at it.. It's just a goal, just thought it would be a cool feat for me and my long family line of skinny ectomorphs to put on 50lbs of muscle in 16 months, which is 1/3 my starting body weight.

I went ahead and got a script for primo.. Pharmacy should get it here in a few days. So I'm def running that at sme point. I got some hgh sitting around and may order more to run this entire 6 months.. Might plan another test/deca cycle for later that will end right around the time of my goal 6 months from now-- or would a faster acting nandrolone like NPP be better?
Any other gear suggestions much appreciated. Thanks guys... 14 lbs doesn't sound like a lot in 6 months but I'm looking for that to be solid cut low bf and not just weight

My Primobolan should be showing up tomorrow.. I'm cruising on test now,, it's been 3-4 weeks since my last pin of deca.. Any suggestions on when I should start the Primo? I'm thinking 400 mg a week for 12 weeks
?
