gain muscle + lose wight

hello guys i would like some advice from you cz i realy need it so bad now am trying as much as i can to build muscle and lose wight at the same time and here is my stats please feel free to correct me or give me any advice/change

164cm hight
70kg
15.7bf%
been on gym for 2 years
starting 10 days ago
my this month plan is
gaining muscle while losing BF%

these are the meals am eating everyday
4-6 meals
chk breasts 3-5 times aday 1-2 each meal
+1 fruit with every meal or vegy without olive oil or salt
+ some times wiht boild rise half cups 1-2times aday
4+liters of water per day as mimm
7-8 hours of stable sleep
+prot shakes
between meals either 1 banana or green apple or 1-3 dates

suplments been used

potis 100mg Gnc
Zma Amino stars
Multi vit from Scitec essentials
Lipo 6 Black GNC
Omega 3 from Scitec essentials
Ginger from Scitec essentials
BcAA Amino stars
Protien shakes Amino stars
multi enzyme from Scitec essentials
glutamine from Scitec essentials
sometimes slight amount of Trauine 1.5g-2g Gnc


training
6-7times 45-1hour lfting per week
2hours walking everyday 30mins before gym + 1and half after gym training
10-20mins HIT x 3 times per week
15-30mins cardio x 4-5 times per week

please any advice if what am doing is right or wronge
 
Yeah I'm going to have to disagree. Unless you're a complete beginner, which you're not, it is extremely difficult to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. You're better off picking one and sticking with it, otherwise you'll probably just end up overtraining with little progress.

Thats garbage thats what people say who are genetically fucked. You can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
 
So people who are genetically fucked can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?

even if they are fucked they still gain and lose but at slower rate the point is (is the cardio time that am doing enf) ? do i need acheat day(metabolism buff)

do i miss any other suplments vits or anything ? should i push harder the only sweet/carbs i get while on this diet is ( sweet potato-bananas-dry grape-dates-kiwi-green apple- pineapple -half cup of white boild rise)(rarely to drink skimed milk sence i read an article says its fake)
