Gained A Little Weight In My Love Handles

i AM NATURALLY LEAN SO I DONT NEED CARDIO RIGHT NOW, BUT CAN I LOOSE THE HANDLES WITH SIMPLY CLEANING UP MY DIET?

i am happy how i look now except for the fact that my six pack is not as tihgt as it was before i started taking in 3000 cals.

my six pack is still good though.
i am thicker than i have ever been.
but it is summer and i dont want to end up loosing my abs in like a month.

I have a really fast metablosim and have always been pretty lean.

waht should i do?
should i throw in cardio once a week to get those abs tighter?

this is what i a m ogint ot take out of my diet
-honey
-milk
-pasta
-gatorade
-ice cream
i am going to stick to grilled chicken\lean beef\rice\poratoes and protein shakes and veggies and fruits

mabey after that i will still gain wegiht but it wont effect my abs as much
 
If you clean up your diet, yes, it will help you lose those love handles.
Throwing in cardio a couple of times a week isn't going to kill you either...hehehe
Just be sure that you are taken in adequate amounts of protein, good clean complex carbs and your essential fats. :)
 
i am going to not throw in the cardio , cause i can still see my abs, ia m going to clean up my diet though.
 
HERE IS MY UPDATED FOOD INTAKE-

here is waht i been eating recently (past couple of days)
cleaned up diet-


meal1-bagel w\cream chees fat free yogurt and a bannana 16pz of water and a multi vitamin
meal2-turkey w\lettuce tomato and pepers sub and a bannana
meal3- 2 natty pb sandwiches on whole grain bread
meal4- 2 scoops of ON
meal 5-(post workout) 2 scoops of ON w glutamine 2 scoops of gatorade powder.
45 minutes later chicken and rice and salad and 16 oz of water
meal 6 chicken w\ rice again
meal7 pm protein shake w\ 2 tbsp of flax seed oil


along with this i drink 1 gallon of water.

what you guys think
i cut out the skim milk due to the love handles
