So I'm jus about to go on my 9th week of test cyp!!! I gained about 15pounds so far strength has definitely gone up finally able to squat over 300 squatted 305 for 2 reps the other day n now am repping 275!!!! But question is I feel I gained more fat than I would like should I cut back my calories n start doing more cardio to avoid more fat gain?
 
you could be eating a crap ton too many carbs and are holding onto water weight, and your estrodial may be elevated.
both those things can actually increase strength,, but yeah you'll feel fat.

modify your diet and check your estrogen if your concerned with appearance
 
Second what Roush said. I was surprised how much leaner I looked when I came off my last test only cycle after I lost all the water retention. Are you taking an AI? That along with sodium restriction will help with water retention. As far as minimizing fat gain, just keep your calorie surplus to about 500 and make sure you have your macros in check. I like 40%/40%/20% (carbs/protein/fat).
