Postponing my first 1st cycle to put on some natural wieght.
I'm 24 years old, 155 pounds, 5'7" 12% body fat? slim/athletic build, good muscle definition.
Strength training 4x a week and cutting my cardio down from 6x a week to 3x a week. Training for special forces so trying to put on some more muscle.
My diet needs work. I'm fairly consistent taking in about 3000 cals a day and 150g of protein. mostly meat and veggies so need to work on getting more carbs in there. I currently take a weight gainer protein shake after workouts, fish oil.
Goal: To go from 155 to 175 while maintaining a decent cardio level.
Any recommendations for calorie/protein intake or meal planning would help a lot. I need to get better at planning ahead so I'm not stuck with a small meal thrown together at the last minute.
