Gaining 25lbs but losing 12lbs before end of cycle?

hi guys, this my first cycle and i did test-e 600ml/wk 1-10 + dbol 30mg wk1-4 . by week 5 i had made great gains, up by 25lbs and strength was great, however now im in week 9 and ive lost 12lbs of the gains. my strengths still been improving. was the weight that i lost all water weight, or could it have been some muscle?
 
alot of things could change that factor. if your looking slimmer after weeks passed by from before... i would say maybe your losing the water
 
its either a loss of water weight or you arent eating enough. fake gear could cause it but if your strength is going up then the gear must be good.

shit... with that amount of gains in that short amount of time frame i would hope to think the gear is legit lol
 
i was reffering to if the dbol was legit but injectables were not lol but yeah something was real

yeah mate thats what i thought, but my mates just been running the same test that im using for a test only cycle and his had great gains so i dont think the test is fake.

where is most water weight stored? is it around the abdominal area, because i have noticed that area feels alot leaner

it hits the gut but you should have noticed it in the face to , moon face is very common with bloat.

are you keeping calorie intake high enough ?

it can be held all over. i had alot of water retention in the boobs lol, my arms put on water as well... abs MASSIVE retention. everyone is different

calorie intake is high, although i have been slacking the last few days. however its not as high as the first 7 weeks. the weight came off in two stages, first i dropped down from 95kg to 93kg(2-3 weeks ago), even though my calorie and diet was still on point. and during last few days its dropped to 90-91.

i thought running test would allow you to keep muscle during a cut when you have a calorie deficit because i will be running a 4week cut starting in 2 weeks time.

running gear while cutting helps save lean mass while cutting if you dont cut to fast. im guessing the weight you lost is mostly water due to adex and stopping dbol.

how long after the cycle does the water normally come off? ive got 2 weeks of my bulk left then im going to cut for 4 weeks. do you think the gains from cycle have been decent?
ive been hearing about guys gaining 30lbs+ with there first cycles and im nowhere near that :bawling:

25lbs is a nice gain. i put on roughly 26lbs. but i know im going to lose some with pct. gains wise on both sides looks pretty decent.
