So i have come to this site for most of my research for getting bigger by reading forums. i created an account cause I'm pretty new to supplements and I'm seeking knowledge. I'm kind of stuck and need some advise. I spent the summer bustin my butt in the gym and put 20 pounds i did take a ph and the post. But our baseball season started and has been going for about a month now and I've already lost about 15 pounds. we do a lot of cardio. I've been trying to maintain a 7,000 cal. diet with high protein and high carb. but I cannot put the weight back on. I'm looking for a way to put the weight back on while still doing the cardio but it seems pretty impossible. Any suggestions?

good protein and creatine, good diet and get in the gym and lift heavy!

Sleep. I see many, MANY, people plateau and I see sleep deprivation as a culprit in many of the cases IMO. You grow when you sleep, not when you lift, not when you eat.

Lifting is the stimuli, eating is the fuel, but sleeping is the action of growing.

7,000 cals and not growing? To be honest if that is true you need to see a medical professional because you have an issue.

Even "ectomorphs" can grow at 3-4K, anything above is likely very bad for the body. Damaging to your liver, kidney, insulin sensitivity, arteries, etc.

Again IMO....

What weight are you now? What post a full diet. Post your workout regime and cardio sessions, and if you would please post pictures.
