Gains -how are test blends made?

My test is high and I become scientifical. How do people make blends with multiple esters stay even through out. In other words if it is multiple esters in oil, what insures that you get the same amount of ester in each ml

Solubility. Each ester should be 'infinitely soluble' in the oil/ba solvent once mixed.

Unless one of the esters crashes. Then all bets are off
