gains in size and strength for test injections

Well I was emaciated and in bad shape when I started at around 145 lbs. Now I'm around 205-210lbs with low body fat. My protocol was 150mg a week of test cyp when I gained all of that. I just ate a ton of calories and worked out hard.

what gains have most of you experienced from using test injections?

I'm about 5 weeks in and I'm currently working with 3J on my diet. My strength is going off the charts (for me anyway). I went from 255 X1 on the bench to 295 X 5 for 3 sets yesterday. My military press went from 135 to 190 X 5 for 3 sets. I'm actually shocked. My calories are on the low side because my bf was in the 24% range and I want to drop down to at least the low teens.

I Know my strength would be moving up quicker if I was eating more but I've been chunky for too long and want to actually see the muscle I'm putting on.

The only negative so far is bacne. It's not horrible but it's not pretty either. I've been prone to acne since my teens so I wasn't surprised.

That was over like 6 months. 10 thousand calories a day puts on the mass.

10K a day? Holy shit. The only way I could do that is by eating dirty. I'm barely able to get 3K calories in right now but I'm eating very clean and carb cycling.

Can't wait to get my physical done so I can get going with Chip.

I am just under 6' 2" and weight 267 with zero strength or energy. I went from 250 to 198 and felt good but still go bench 145x1 and row 95x1. Can't do 1 pull up. That was at my best shape and I am worse now.

When I get on the protocol I am going to have a journal with pics and keep a weekly update. I know i can change my life and will be the strongest, most muscular and healthiest of my life.

I am so excited because of your stories.

aj look into undermethylation, gallstones, and or vitamin a treatment for the acne would be my advice. digestive enzymes and tanning in any event should help.

Thanks for the advice. I just got a tanning membership yesterday. I used to be on tetracycline, retin a and another cream at night when I was younger to help my acne.

I have an appointment with a dermatologist next week.

i do not know if it is your finances, or if your acne is really that bad, but accutane completely wiped out all acne i had. I would take it again if i had to, but i dont!

I'll ask the doctor about it. I've got a pretty good ppo health plan that covers about everything so cost shouldn't be an issue.

How harsh is the accutane?

Accutane is amazing! I took it when I was 16 and it cleared my face 100% in 3 months.. But, I think you need to google the side effects because there is a class action lawsuit on them right now.. Crohns disease and other intestine issues.. I don't know how true the claims are? The worst side effect for me was severely chapped lips

Man, I took it in high school as well. I will NEVER forget feeling like my lips were going to fall off. I lived in Iowa at the time and it was the middle of winter so DRY DRY DRY air. Advice to all who may take it in the future... Invest in some serious lip balm.

That stuff did work though. Cleared me right up. I still have flare ups here and there, but nothing like it used to be. I sweat a lot at my job so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

hey than after chip has my blood, physical, and questionnaires, assuming I meet the requirements, what other information or documentation should I have prepared? Its almost like a rush knowing their is a possibility for hope, and a sense of organization has filled me!

u should consider getting on board with me... no point in having a protocol if your gonna eat like shit.. keep it in mind..

I can recommend 3J's. I screwed with trying to set up my own diet for a long time and couldn't get it right. I've been with 3J's for about a month now and my measurements are moving the right way. Finally. Believe what they say when they tell you that diet is your biggest factor to getting your body to where you want it.
