To fulfill my pwo carb intake would 2 scoops (1 tbls scoop) of gatorade in the powder form with water be enough? Or should I eat some carbs, and if so, which carbs are good pwo and how much?
that supposedly defeats the purpose of waxy maize starch - ideally you want the WMS to make up 75% or more of the total mixture. But this is assuming WMS does anything special anyway, which, judging from first hand experience and discussions ive seen on it, i dont think it does.
