current lifting stats B.P. 285, Squat 395, (Dunno why my squats are so crappy) dead lift 405, and I power clean like 245
Gear plan
week 1-14
Test E 500 mg a week (broke into 2 shots per week of course) I have a 25ml bottle and a 10 ml bottle should be plenty
week 4-(?)
Hcg this is where I need help I have 2 25 ml bottles so I have plenty but no one agrees how much and how often ANY help would be awesome!!!

I will follow DocJ's Pct to the T (Clomid Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) etc) as well as all the know "natural test enhancers"
Been hitting the weights hard for 9 months 3 weeks. I lifted for most of my early to late twenties but took 3 years off due to a wrist reconstruction (5 surgeries) . Wrist got better so I began lifting again with the intent that after 10 months I was going to do a cycle.
My job is as labor intensive as it gets plus I live in east Texas so its always 105 with 99% humidity so my body fat stays in check.
I have been cleaning my diet up to the point where I only eat clean all natural stuff now. I try to eat 500 - 600 calories with 30-40 grams of protein 5 times a day .
I will pin my first shot as soon as I get the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) dosing consensus. I was concerned that I have not been lifting long enough but I feel strong and due to my job my connective tissue has been taking a beating for 7 years and I respond in the gym very well. All this being said I feel that the small amount of test coupled with the 10 months of prep and my strenuous job I will be fine....? lol
I curentally drink 2 gals of water per day . Should I up this??
What am I forgetting?? I have researched this into oblivion and feel like I have everything I need other than the dosage of hcg.. any help would be great .. Thanks guys, When I pin my first shot I will start a picture log and post it so you guys can watch my progress I know you vets dont care but for some of the new guys might and I hope to show them what to expect if they are planning a small cycle..
P.S. If acne does arise what should I go with to help control it???
