i hv started 250 sus x week
200 mg deca x week...this is my first cycle..
just wanted to know that after how many days or weeks i'l start noticing gains???plz tell..

Probably four weeks minimum. 250 sustanon is a low dose. You might not notice anything.

But at 250 sust, we're talking 1cc, so 60mg prop tops, right?

also you may gain nothing if diet and/or training is off.
these are not magic drugs, only tools that slightly heighten recovery.

I dont agree. its not a drug that "get you high" and prop or cyp it takes weeks to start to notice results.
even testcyp hits its peek PER DOSE in only a few days.

atleast i dont feel anything for weeks regardless if testcyp or a sust type blend

do you even have any compound on hand ot handle possible side effects? like for gyno, edema, prog/deca gyno?
Do you have PCT?

You'd be better off dropping the deca and bumping test up to 500mg minimum.
