get taller?

my question is are there any exercised or ways to get stonger by building certain muscles? im about 5'6 and want more growth
 
Stick too the basics. Power cleans, deadlifts, bench press, dip, chin ups, squats, clean and press.
Go slower on the negatives and explode on the postive too recruit more muscle fibers
Also when you work legs you release more natural testorone, which causes you to get bigger.

Also try and get more protein in your diet and carbs. I dont actually know what your daily micros are.
 
put yourself on a medieval stretch rack if you want to get taller. i don't know if it will work, but it would be pretty funny.
seriously,I think genetics determines your height, and thats all there is too it
 
has anyone ever heard of something like triple the load (workout) and triple the intake (calories and such) i heard it from my health teacher and wondered if you knew any details about it?, thanks
