geting prepared for first cycle help pls

basically looking for some advice from you guys. ok so my stats are

24yrs old
5'5"
was 212lbs in october
currently 183lbs
24% body fat (ik this is a little high)


please bear with me, iam looking to start a cycle soon. i have been doing alot of research and plan to do alot more. ive been training on and off for 6 years and have decided to take the aas plunge. please dont criticize iam only looking for honest advice. this is going to be my first cycle. i weight train 6 days a week and do cardio most days. my over all goal here is to loose body fat and replace with solid muscle. as well as increase strength. i have been dieting since october and have lost 28lbs. iam looking for some advice on what gear to take first, as well as when would be appropriate to start my cycle. over all iam happy with my weight loss how ever i still have a somewat decent amount of fat in my stomach/ abdomen area. basically here is the advice i have been given by a friend of mine ( tell me your honest opinion no hard feelings lol) he himself has been on the juice for several years and seems to know some of wat he talks about but i would like to verify. basically what he says to do is start a cycle now of dbol and sus 250 with my bf at 24% iam not sure about this what do you think? he says i will loose all most all of my fat by end of cycle and it will be easier to burn to due to the added muscle gained by the dbol and sus 250?. he then says for my next cycle (cutting for spring) i should consider winstrol / propenate/ tren 150 mix? in all honesty what do you guys think about his theory? could this work? he also said to keep training light and 18-20 reps 4 sets and stick to the low calorie diet as i have been. any help is appreciated in advance if i offend anyone i apoligize.
 
Wow dude, 28lbs! I would just stick to whats working! I looks to me like your on the right path! Good job!!! IMO dbol is the WRONG choice! Just stay the course man, your doing a hell of a job!

thanks man i wish i could say its been easy. deff takes alot of hard work and dedication. but im determined and ive got the drive to keep moving forward
 
also make sure your running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) cause you will most likely have high rate aromatization.
 
no dbol at this time. low dose test. 350 a week should be plenty with where your at.

ik that no steroids will eliminate fat, so i ask is it ok to run this currently at 24% body fat? also if i do will it be harder or easier to loose more fat? or will my fat loss rate stay the same?
 
Your friends an idiot. No steroid is gonna make you lose all your bodyfat. That's just idiotic. Diet is the only thing that will cut bf. And dbol is just gonna bloat you and make u loook even fatter.

Obviously you know how to cut weiight so id suggest to stick with that for a few more months til your down in the low to mid teens in bf to start a cycle. Then grab some test at 500mgs a week for 14 weeks. NO DBOL. Dumbest steroid available.

thank you seriously. i am curious as to what you guys think, i will save the dbol for a latter time. i have 500 10mg and 5 10ml vials of sus 250. can i expect to see any strentgh and size gains off jsut the sus 250? may be a dumb question but this is going to be my first cycle.
 
i think u doing a good job with out anything man..... but if u really want to take something,i will say test e at 500 ew for 12 to 14 weeks. nothing more then test e.... have some Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand

you will lose faster if diet is in place...........sounds like it is. test speeds up your metabo.........power lifters cycle all the time in the mid to upper 20% BF.......its not an issue if you use an AI..........I dont care what anyone says.

as for cutting cycle what are my best options? i have a boat load of winstrol tabs so i would like to use them along with an injectible or @ maybe tren 150 and prope?

If you just feel the need to run something, do Test, forget the Dbol.

ok so im going to gain mass from the sus 250. now when im ready for a cutting cycle what should i be looking at? over all im going to want to get as lean as possible. i will continue my work out routine with cardio and low cal diet. guess last question is what would the ultimate cutting cycle consist of? winny/tren 150/ prope?

Get this first cycle behind you and see what kind of gains you make, then we can talk about a second cycle.
 
what do you recomend for pct and an ai? i have some clomid on hand. anything else?

I recomend you do some research on AI's and post cycle therapy (pct), everything you need to know is on this site, just search.

Not trying to be a jerk, just want to see you new guys doing more research.
 
do the dbol first bro 50mg a day kick start your cycle and if your so concerned about burning fat add some kind of tren to your plan it keeps me riped

No to this. Forget the DBol, and definetely forget the tren. I think you should just stick with the diet and training for a few more months since it has worked well. If you must cycle, then your Sustanon (sust) at 500mgs/week..for 10-14 weeks.

Honestly though, if your looking to shed more weight off, dont fix something that isnt broke. I understand you want muscle gains, but AAS should be taken after you've reached a point in your training when you've plateau'd...doesnt sound like your there yet at 24% BF.

I dont think your going to get the change of physique your looking for running testosterone when your at 24% BF. Keep dropping that BF with your diet and training IMO

mcg? dianabol is not dosed in mcg,are you sure you have dbol?

And I dont understand bro why mess with something if its working?
Your losing weight with what you are doing,MY advice is try tweeking your diet and training first before using any ped's.

Post up your diet and your training split Im betting you can continue to drop bf with some good advice.
