As of right now, I am on day 4, of my projected 45 day goal. I am still in the process of restrengthening the body, so I have not given up on that :).

Main goal with this is to lose as much body fat as possible without diminishing lean mass that I already have and am gaining.

As of now on day 4 I am 6lbs down. All Stomach and chest fat :D. The main areas I have been struggling with for some time.

As of now, It is killing me doing this, But I am eating a total of:
Protein : 350-400 Grams a day
Carbs : 200-250 Grams a day
Fat : 50-75 Grams

So If Im not mistaken

Protein : 1400-1600 cals
Carbs : 800-1000 cals
Fat : 400-600 cals
Total : 2600-3200 cals a day

Pretty much, All of my food is packed high in protein, I dont keep track of the food I eat, Just the numbers. At day 10, I will make another post. Then day 15 - Day 20, 25,30 so on an so forth.

your good to go but if you see to much bloat than bring down your carbs a bit,how tall are ya??
