Alot of folks run GHRP at bed time only, I think your GHRP dosing sounds fine, but as for your GH, kinda a waste of GH. Most users run literally twice that amount of GH 2x ED. I don't think you'd really notice much of a difference if anything with 2IU pw on workout days only, but this depends on what your looking for. If I'm not mistaken the whole GH game is 4+IU 2-3x ED for atleast 6months.
