What the Duece.... ?!?!
Hey ladies.
I have cycled for about 3-4 years now. I've been itching to get back to it as I took this last year off, and actually did good naturally for a while. My girlfriend is well aware I use AAS, and has been asking me if it is wise for her to try a mild cycle.
She has been eating right and training with me for a year now and has made pretty good gains so far. ( I know a year of training isnt alot of time for her to be considering AAS.) I cant really argue with her, because she sees me doing it, but I have trained religiously for 9 years.
She says obsessed, I say passionate, lol.
her stats:
age:33
Weight: 108 'ish
height: 5'6"
Goals: lean out and get up to about 112-115 lbs
She has never used AAS
Her diet is that of a "weight loss" mode right now, trying to lean out. Basic, but it should work for now.
When taking Anavar however, does she need to be geared on a higher calorie than normal to see the muscle gain or keeping it with what she is doing now @ 1,200 on non training days and 1,400 or so on training days be enough?
I suggested Anavar if anything for her.
week 1-4: 5mg daily (split am pm 2.5mg)
week 5-9: 10mg Daily (split dose)
week 10: 5mg Daily (split dose)
week 11: 2.5mg Daily (need to split?)
seem solid or no?
I read super girls sticky on PCT, and it mentioned something about nolva.
I already have plenty of PCT stuff on hand,(clomid, nolva, hcg), But what would be an advisable PCT for her if any? Want to avoid her "crashing" post cycle.
